Send me your steam id's if you want admin access. I have different tiers so I can give something to almost anybody, but your clearance does depend on you demonstrating good admin judgement. You can rack up judgement points using combinations of the following griefer destroying attacks:

-- Kicking asshats

-- Muting mike spammers

-- Gagging (removing chat) from people that type SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTT IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOO MMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNYYYYYYYYY LLLLLEEEEEEEEEETTTTEEEEERS UPPER CASE AND IT SHOVES ALL THE LEGITIMATE CHAT OFF THE PAGE

-- Vote-banning. I'm not cool with giving one person the ability to ban people for good, but if there's an angry mob I save have at 'em.

-- Slapping players -- if you're the type that likes to thlap them thilly.

And the other things you can do that don't involve punishing people that displease you, like initiating map votes, teleporting players, making people say stuff they aren't saying etc.
